I set up a new user with the same email address after installing.
When I go to log in I input my details, click sign in, the button greys out for 3 seconds, then goes green again.
Am on a Macbook air, 1.6 i5 with 8GB running el Cap.

None - I've tried typing in a different password and then get the password incorrect error, but no error at all otherwise.
Tried restarting and have reinstalled (although during reinstall it didn't seem to download a patch like the first time)
Same error here. Just keeps saying incorrect password
EDIT: I run on Windows 10, ThinkPad laptop (Core i5, NVIDIA videocard, 16GB RAM)
You are required to sign up within the VirtuGO platform after signing up to the community. You cannot user the community user to login to VirtuGO.
You find the sign up button in the bottom of the login screen within VirtuGO. Please use the same username and email as you used to sign up for the community.
Tried that as well after reading more posts. Does not work either: Registration Failed With Errors
I could not select a Country from the menu.
Found it, It'smy firewall that is filtering too strict and doing some SSL decryption as well
Edit: Seems like you don't use any DNS names, and most likely a self signed SSL certificate as well.Both of which I highly recommend NOT doing (you should use a DNS name for cummications and you should use a SSL certificated signed by a real Certificate Authority)
Great to hear that you found the issue.
I absolutely agree with you and we are certainly using DNS and an authority signed certificate. However it is not yet implemented into the community. All trafik from VirtuGO is secure. We are looking into the community setup.

Ah! That explains "Failed to login".
Now I keep getting "failed to load user details". That gives me the feeling login works, but something else doesn't.
Hi lvanjaarsveld, are you trying to log in with your community username and password? You need to create a new user within the VirtuGO platform. If this is not it, let me know
I'm having the same issue as @lvanjaarsveld. My username and password for both this forum and the VirtuGo platform are the same but I thought I read somewhere that this is preferred.
Hi Tristan, it is prefered so we can identify you across community and platform. However you still need to create a user within the platform also. Have you done this?

I forgot to mention that if I enter the password incorrectly for my username I get a different error - "Username or Password is incorrect" which seems to indicate that my username is valid.
