Riders who are a part of the Superider Program are the first to try new product updates. The feedback Superiders share is reviewed and considered first when we decide which features to revamp and/or build next.
How many people are accepted into the program?
We have to enforce a participant limit for our VirtuGO Superider Program.
Am I required to give feedback if I join the VirtuGO Superider Program?
It’s not a required but we encourage Superiders to share their feedback with us.
What kind of feedback are you looking for?
The big difference between the beta testing community and the superuser program is the specific tasks we may ask you to complete. For example, when we roll out new features into our test server we may need a specific set of instructions followed. This is on top of reporting any issues where the app crashes, freezes, or acts in a way that simply doesn’t make sense. Also, any confusion on how to use the app is feedback we’re eager to know.
What’s the process for becoming a VirtuGO Superider?
The process is invite only at this point.
Can I be a VirtuGO Superider and use the VirtuGO production app at the same time?
Yes. You should be able to have the pre-production and the production app installed at the same time.
How do I exit the VirtuGO Superider Program?
Uninstall your pre-production version of the app. Once it’s uninstalled, please also message a VIrtuGO staff member on the forum. If you do not message us, you will continue to get emails from when a new version of the app is available.
