I have just completed the Standard Sprints 4x20sec in the training module, so excuse the sweaty text
Overall the training programme was tough but worked really well. I found that the resistance changed really quick as the sections rolled from one to the other and apart from a small ant+ drop out at the beginning which was rectified quickly by reconnecting all items on the bottom right of the screen for the whole the actual training went without fault.
The problem I received, and it is only minor and would not be difficult to fix is that on a number of occasions the large prompt telling you 80-90 rpm and 10 minute endurance etc. did not match the small font that pre-warned you and also the cadence that it suggested also did not always match the small text or the green indicator arrow. There were a few occasions in which the small text told me 80-100rpm coming up, then the large text prompted 80-90 rpm before the section changed and 90 rpm was dead centre, indicating that 80-100 was correct.
I hope this makes sense, I didn’t get a chance to take photos as I was just trying to stay upright by the end of it!
