I’m following the 4wk power sprint program and it was the very first workout
"wk1 standard sprints 4x20sec"
The prompt text, workout profile and timer were all fine and synced, it was just the power display and resistance of the trainer that had the delay.
Strange as it is perfectly responsive on freeride (gradients + my efforts) and also on other training platforms I have used.
Hardware is macbook connected with Ant+ dongle & Bluetooth to wahoo kickr, cadence sensor and heart rate monitor.
