Hi, Just back after the Summer Road Season. Went to do a spin, however I had problems in connecting Ant+ to the my trainer. Here is what I tried. (Trainer TACX Flow Smart)
Virtugo / Laptop to trainer (via Ant+ Garmin Dongle) failed to connect.
Garmin HRM also failed to connect to Virtugo.
So, basically no sensors being detected by Virtugo. I have used the Dongle in past few days with Garmin device, it was working fine then. Tried closing down Virtugo and restarting, no success.
Later I successfully connected Trainer to Garmin 800 Edge directly and worked fine. Would appear to me that the problem exists between Virtugo and Ant+. Never had this problem previously.
Will be looking to take out a subscription to a platform soon, have used Trainer road previously still deciding which way to go…
Can Tech team or other users please give me some assistance.
