VirtuGo took 6 hours to download yesterday so couldn’t ride it. Now when I go to open I can’t select any customization or anything else. When I try to select “Free Ride” I get the everlasting spiral of death with a “loading routes” message. Not sure this is worth the effort. I know it’s beta but Ican’t even load it up and get started and I am on a nice Alienware gaming machine.
Having exactly the same problems. Will keep trying but can’t even log back in now.
Slightly different problem, but similar. I get the log in screen you captured but the green button boxes are empty and clicking any gets a crash in the app.
Having exactly the same issue, on two different machines, one only connected on wifi and the other one on a cabled connection. Stuck before even getting a first ride.

In order to best help you can you please let me know the specs of your computers. Do you meet the following specs Minimum hardware requirements
Hi Michael. Thanks for the prompt answer. I am away from Home until beginning of May. Will check thé specs when I return. I suspect it might bé linked to poor internet connection where I am (Angola).
Hi. The latest update seems to have sorted it, even on the machine with the lower specs. So all is good now and I got my first proper ride tonight !
