I understand that its still early days. But as a subscription model, will Virtugo be implementing a system of grandfathering previous subscribers?
It’s something trainerroad do continuously. Generous but also rewards people who stick around.
It’s one of the reasons that keeps me from quitting Trainerroad. I guess its good business for both them and the consumer.
I’m interested in Virtugo, I’m still using the free version for now, and very tempted to subscribe. But am slightly put off subscribing as most other similar platforms have been hiking their prices quite regularly, (and although Trainerroad do, the forever grandfather their subscribers). I imagine some platforms will continue to keep hiking prices, it happens everywhere in the fitness industry, training software, computers, watches etc etc, and I’m wondering if thats a trend that Virtugo will be following once the platform is up and running…
I understand price increases to remain competitive, and I expect it to happen, but I also appreciate being a valued long-term customer, especially with a subscription based model. I know Virtugo is already really well priced, but I think this grandfathering system keeps people using a platform.
